i dont know how my mother called this dish as ALSATE! but it has a distinctive aroma and taste because it was marinated in 7-up with eggs and boiled for a few minutes before it will sauted saparately!famous in rural fiestahan,weddings and baptism!famous dish in Katagalugan region!
iremember calling my mother way back 2006 asking how to prepare this food and i remember the way how she preapred it!
well it sad i never can tell her that i did it !
she just past away 2 years ago!
this particular dish,i dedicated to my Inang Dune!
