Biko Tutorial


2 cups sticky rice (also called glutinous/sweet rice)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of brown or palm sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 cans of coconut milk (coconut water should be separated and diluted with water to make total of 3.5 cups)
1/8 lb of butter
1 beaten egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping Ingredients:

1 can of 15 oz. sweetened condensed milk
Rich coconut cream (separated from 3 cans of coconut milk)
2-3 tablespoon of flour
1 tsp. vanilla
