Learn how to make this very tasty soup that will keep you warm especially during the cold and rainy months.

Buffalo Chicken Soup Ingredients:

2 cups of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
salt and pepper

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Soup:
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, milk, hot sauce, and chicken stock. Puree until smooth using a blender or hand mixer.
2. In a saucepan, cook the mixture until hot then add the chicken, blue cheese dressing, salt, ground black pepper, and chopped celery. Mix well.

Serve soup in a bowl. Top with lots of shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
