Cold Green Peas And Carrots Salad Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups peas and carrots, placed in cold water
2 eggs, hard boiled and diced
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

How To Make Cold Green Peas And Carrots Salad:

1. In a bowl, add the drained peas and carrots, red onions, eggs, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper then mix well.
2. Add the white vinegar then mix and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
