1 Lb of beef, thinly slice preferably a tender cut like flank or sirloin
Mirin (japanese cooking wine)
Soy Sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Canola oil ( for stir frying)
sugar
black pepper
canned baby corn
broccoli
cauliflower
ginger about two thumb size
3-4 cloves of garlic, add more if you like garlic or put less if you don’t
half an onion
