Enchilada Casserole Ingredients:

1 pack medium flour tortillas

1 pound ground beef

1 can whole kernel corn

1 cup salsa

1 cup taco sauce

2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

salt and pepper

How To Make Enchilada Casserole:

1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until light brown. Drain excess oil. Add the salsa, taco sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well then bring to a boil. Set aside.

2. In a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking pan, place 4 pieces of the flour tortillas.

3. Pour 1/3 of the meat mixture, 1/3 of the corn, then sprinkle with 1/3 part of Cheddar cheese. Repeat layer 2 more times.

4. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Serve Enchilada Casserole with your favorite chips and drink.
