Ingredients: 1 Kg Chicken Meat (Cut into Serving Sizes), 4 Cloves Garlic (Minced), 1 Thumb Size Turmeric (Luyang Dilaw) (Cut into Strips), 2 Pcs Medium Size Shallots (Sibuyas Tagalog) (Chopped), 2 Tbsp Curry Powder, 1/2 Large Green Bell Pepper (Cut into Squares), 1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper (Cut into Squares), 1 Pc Large Size Carrot (Chopped), 1 Pc Large Size Potato (Cubed), 1 Can Coconut Milk (400 mL), 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis), 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (or any other Cooking Oil), Salt and Pepper to Taste, 1 Cup Water (for dissolving the Curry Powder)
