Longganisa (Longaniza) is a Spanish sausage similar to chorizo. It is popular also in the Philippines and its defining characteristics are interpreted differently from region to region.
IMPORTANT: the plastic wrap is only a packaging and SHOULD BE PEEL OFF before FRYING. Plastic is plastic and should not be eaten😋
This Longganisa is not so fatty like what we used to but the taste is excellent!
