Ingredients: 1/2 Kg leftover Lechon Manok, 1 Cup leftover Lechon Sauce or 1 small bottle of Sarsa ni Mang Tomas, 1/2 Cup White Vinegar, (Sukang Paombong),1 Tsp Crushed Black Peppercorn, 3 Pcs Dried Bay Leaves (Dahon ng Laurel), 1 Medium Size White Onion (Chopped) (About 1 Cup when Chopped), 3 Cloves Garlic (Crushed), 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil and Salt to taste.
