How to make papaya smoothie. Papaya smoothie has a unique flavor with a refreshing taste.
1/2 cup (125ml) papaya, peeled, seeded, cut flesh into small chunks
1/2 cup mango, peeled, cut flesh in small pieces
1/3 cup (80ml) banana, peeled, cut into slices
1/3 cup water
4 ice cubes, crushed
note: Papaya, mango, and banana are ready to eat when its skin is all yellow.
note: I refrigerate my fruits before I process them into a smoothie. It just tastes better.
