Ingredients:

01) 1/4 Kg. Fresh tenderloin beef ( thinly sliced )
02) 1/4 ice berg lettuce ( thinly sliced )
03) 4 pcs. Chinese sausage cut diagonally ( steam for 10 minutes before you sliced
them)
04) 1/2 cup fresh shrimps
05) 1 cup fresh white mushrooms sliced
06) 1 small pc. Carrots thinly sliced
07) 2 beaten eggs (optional)
08) 1 stalk green onion
09) 4 pcs. Chopped shallots
10) 2 cups cooked rice
11) 2 tsp. Hoisin sauce
12) 2 tsp. Soy sauce
13) 1 tsp. Olive oil
14) Dash of ground black pepper
