This is a Recipe of the traditional Filipino food Adobo. Today’s recipe is Pork Adobo, so you can use either pork or chicken its up to your preference.

INGREDIENTS:

1 KILO (2.2 LBS) PORK, CHICKEN OR RIBS (YOUR CHOICE)
1TBS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 1/2 TBS GARLIC
1PC ONION
1/2 CUP VINEGAR
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE

FIRST PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
ON A HIGH HEAT LET IT SIMMER FOR ABOUT 30 MINS
STIR IT OCCASIONALLY SO IT WONT STICK ON THE PAN
ITS FINISH WHEN THE SOUP IS ALMOST DRY, BUT IF YOU LIKE IT A LOT OF SOUP THEN YOU CAN JUST TURN IT OFF A LOT EARLIER…
