Salmon Salad Sandwich Spread Recipe Lutong Pinoy Filipino Style Food Philippine Cooking Recipes

Salmon Sandwich Spread Ingredients:

1 can pink salmon, drained with bones and skin removed

3 stalks of celery, finely chopped

2 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and cut

1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 loaves of bread

How To Make Salmon Sandwich Spread:

1. In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sweet pickle relish, salt, and pepper. Beat until smooth.

2. Fold in the celery and salmon flakes

3. Add 1/2 cup of the salmon spread on the bottom part of each bread. Place lettuce leaf then add the top part of the bread.
