Smoothie Ingredients
1 1/2 oz collard greens
2 clementines – peeled
1/2 avocado – pitted
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon – juiced
1 tbsp pea protein
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 cup water, 1 cup ice

Nothing makes us radiate love quite like avocado, and apple cider vinegar is good for our actual hearts, thanks to its weight-loss and anti-inflammatory properties. Add in some clementines and half a lemon for vitamin C, potassium, and folate, collard greens and a tablespoon of pea protein for healthy protein, and an antioxidant boost from cloves, and you’ve got a spicy, invigorating drink that should make your heart go pitter patter!
