Sweet and Sour Fish – Filipino Dish – Recipe

Isdang Bato is a very delicious, however somewhat expensive fish in the Philippines. It’s cost is about 340PHP per kilo , but well worth the cost.

1 kilo Fish ( Isdang Bato)
6 clove Garlic
1 pcs. Onion
1 chunk Ginger
1 pcs Bell pepper
1 pcs Carrot
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
3 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
.2 tablespoon Corn starch
4 drop Seasoning liquid.
3 tablespoon cooking oil
