Recipe for Cooking Snake Adobo with Hot Chili

Many people like to try different foods. This is a recipe to prepare snake adobo. It is delicious or so I was told. Personally I will cook them but not eat them ha haha .
Do not forget to boil the snake first to soften the meat.

I have also been informed that the snake may be sprinkled with baking soda and left to set several hours to tenderize it. The wash in vinegar to neutralize the baking powders. I am familiar with the boiling and used it for this snake adobo dish.

1 kilo snake meat.
1 clove Garlic
2 pcs Onion
5 pcs chilli green
10pcs Red chilli
3 table spoon cooking oil
3 table spoon soy sauce
3 pcs bay leaf
and black pepper
3 table spoon vinegar
3 glass of water

Put oil in to a pan then garlic and onion.saute turn to brown then add the snake meat and saute 2 minutes,add soy sauce add chilli,bay leaf , black pepper then add vinegar
and 3 glass of water boiled until the meat soft.
