An Easy Cassava Cake Recipe to follow!

Use frozen grated cassava if you can’t find fresh cassava where you live. Most Asian supermarkets will have this.

6 cups grated cassava (or two packets of frozen grated cassava)
2 eggs
1 can coconut milk
1- 1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3. Cook 40 minutes, but check in the middle with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top or serve as is.
