Beef Caldereta (or Kaldereta) is a classic Filipino dish that is made of beef stewed with tomato or tomato paste, this is one of the most popular cuisines served and should always be available in every Pinoy restaurants.

2 lb. beef, cut into cubes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped

1 cup carrots, sliced
