How to Make Beef Morcon
1.2 lbs thinly sliced beef
1/4- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 yellow onion chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 boiled eggs
sliced hotdog/ sausage
1/2 cup of flour
oil for frying
-Marinate beef in soy sauce, garlic, onion, and ground black pepper for 15 mins.
-After marinating, put sliced carrots, hotdog/sausage, cheese, and boiled eggs.
-Roll and tie it with a cooking twine.
-Put them on a deep pan. Pour the marinade and add 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 20-30 mins.
-After simmering, roll in flour before frying.
-Fry until golden brown. Put on paper towel to drain excess oil.
-Remove the twine.
-For the sauce, add 1 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of sugar to the remaining liquid used in simmering. (You can also use ketchup or chili sauce)
-Bring to boil while stirring until it thickens.
-Pour it over the morcon.
-Garish with spring onion (optional)
