Today we are making Korean Bulgogi – delicious thinly sliced marinated beef that melt in your mouth!

0.7 pound (300 grams) beef meat thinly sliced (tenderloin or any soft meat cut)
A little bit of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of onion puree (1 small onion very thinly grated or processed)
1/2 medium sized onion thinly sliced
1/2 a kiwi (pureed)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Pinch of salt + pinch of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or Argan oil or olive oil)
1 green onion (thinly sliced lengthwise)
1 carrot (grated)
1 bunch of shiitake mushrooms (or any mushrooms of your choice)
1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
