***1/2 TBS GROUND PEPPER***

Today’s recipe is Nilagang Baboy, in english is boiled pork soup. This soup is best eaten with rice and fish sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

1 KILO PORK BELLY
1600 ML WATER
1 TBS BLACK PEPPER
1 TBS GARLIC
1 TBS SALT OR 1TBS FISH SAUCE
1/2 PIECE ONIONS
3 SMALL PIECES POTATOES
1 PIECE PLANTAIN
1/2 TBS GROUND PEPPER
1/2 PIECE CABBAGE
1/4 KILO BOKCHOY

INSTRUCTIONS:

First using a soup pots pour 1600 ml of water and then add the pork, black pepper, salt and onions. And then let it boil for 20 minutes. Once its boil and the meat is a little tender now you can add the potatoes, plantain and ground pepper. And then let it boil again for 10 minutes. Once its boil again now you can add the cabbage and the bokchoy and simmer it for 3 minutes. Now its ready. Enjoy!!!
