This is my version of pork Adobo. There are many different ways to cook it. I’m just sharing my version with you all.
Adobo is a famous dish among Filipinos. It has sometimes been considered as the unofficial national dish of the Philippines. It has taken on many variations in terms of cooking style and stewing hours. However, the three basic ingredients remain garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar.
