Easy Pineapple Spare Ribs Recipe , or Adobo sa pinya simillar to hamonado, simmered method or grilled it for barbecue style
serve with good presentation as party food
INGREDIENTS..
8 pieces pork spare ribs (boiled and rinse )boiled in 1 to 2 minutes
3 tbsp soy sauce adjust according to your taste
1 cup pineapple juice
7 pineapple slices , smashed half of the pineapple or used chunks
1 tbsp black pepper corn
salt and pepper , or add patis /fish sauce
5 laurel leaf
1 tbsp vinegar /optional
5 cloves garlic or add more
adding veggies you like is fine too..i added 1 potato and some green beans for my daughters request

you can marinate the ribs by combining all the ingredients for at least 30 minutes or just cook it straight in the pot
slow cooker method for about 40 minutes or until meat is tender
check it sometimes to flip over the ribs so it cooked evenly
you can grilled it in a barbecue grilling plate or grilled in oven .

now ready to serve …it is delicious to eat while it’s hot ..enjoy
